A framework agreement for telephony products and maintenance contracts shall be established for existing telephone exchange (Alcatel) and call-center solution. (Trio).
Duration:
Framework agreement for telephony products: 01.09.2013 – 31.08.2015
Maintenance agreement for telephone exchange (Alcatel): 01.09.2013 – 31.08.2015
Maintenance agreement for call-senter solution (Trio): 15.04.2014 – 14.04.2016
Brønnøysundregistrene shall have a unilateral option to extend the agreements by 1+1 year(s).
Tenders can be submitted for one or both lots specified below. Each lot will be evaluated separately, ie different service providers may be awarded the contract for lot 1 and lot 2. Service providers who wish to submit tenders for lot 2 must tender for both lots, ie maintenance agreement for both telephone exchange and call center solution.

Service providers are required to have sufficient economic and financial ability to fulfil the assignment/contract. The supplier's solidity, liquidity and financial strength will be central in this assessment.

Overview of the company's total manpower.
Service provider shall submit an overview of their experience from similar assignments. The overview shall contain the most important contracts in the last three years, their value/scope, what deliverables were included, date and award authoriy.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Considerable experience is required from equivalent assignemnts at equivalent customers.
Suppliers are required to have a good ability to fulfil the contract.
