Technical and administrative organizer for the implementation of the national conference

Enova requests to enter into a contract with a technical and administrative organizer for the implementation, organization and the preliminary works of a national conference in 2014 located in Trondheim, Norway.
The assignment is announced as an open competition that will result in a agreement with one supplier. The contract is for the completion of the conference in 2014,
with annual options for the implementation of conferences in 2015 and 2016. (1+1 option)
It is expected 700 participants.
