Scanning of building application archive

Award authority requests tenders in connection with services for the tidying and digitalisation of building matter archives. The service provider shall:
— Tidy and group the archive folders;
— Digitalise archives (see separate appendix with specifications);
The core of the archive shall be made available via web portal (see separate appendix with specifications).
— Ensure a safe and proper transfer and storage of the archive material.

All tenders shall be submitted electronically via Visma, visma.no/tendsign by the deadline for receipt of tenders. We recommend that tenders are sent in good time before the deadline expires. The final received tender will be seen as the final tender.
