Suppliers shall have good solidity. The solidity will be seen in relation to the assignment's risk. This shall be documented by the supplier's annual accounts for the last two accounting years. The annual accounts shall include the auditor's report.
The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of tenderers if it is deemed to be appropriate.

To ensure that the requirements and criteria in the tender are observed throughout any contract period, the supplier must have procedures for quality assurance (quality assurance means corporate documented procedures to ensure that the contractual quality is maintained in the production and delivery, including quality control, exception handling, complaints handling regarding products), including traceability of the products being offered ( traceability means the company's documented procedures to ensure the ability to trace and follow a product and its components through all stages from raw material extraction through manufacturing, processing, production and distribution).

Experience from past assignments as far as possible of equivalent size, documented with references. List of referees by name, organizational affiliation, title, phone number and the type of assignment the supplier has performed for the referee.
The Award authority reserves the right to obtain references from other than the quoted referees. Personal references will be considered.
The supplier must be a member of the material company's schemes (Grønt punkt) or connected to or themselves operate another equivalent certified scheme for the collection and recycling of packaging waste.
A copy of proof of membership in Grønt punkt or other documentation that the supplier fulfils the requirement is to be enclosed.
