Publishing service; publication of book of the road department 1912-1960

The Awarding Authority requests tenders for publishing services; including i.a. manuscript adapting, language vetting, proofreading, printing, publishing, marketing, launching, etc.
The Awarding Authority bind itself to procure 2 500 copies. In addition, 500 copies are requested to be available for ordinary sales in bookstores. The book shall be printed and ready for launching within 1.11.2014, at the latest.
The contract period is until 31.12.2018. Option for the Awarding Authority to procure up to 2 000 more copies during the contract period.
The objective of the procurement is to publish a research project of the road department in the years 1912-1960. This research project is being prepared by Pål Nygaard, researcher II at the Norwegian Business School.
In 2014 the Norwegian Roads Administration celebrates 150 years anniversary and the launching of the book is a part of this celebration.

1. The service provider shall enclose a list of principal deliveries and services provided the previous 3 years. The list shall contain information of value, date and name of the public or private recipient. Minimum 3 reference assignments shall be stated.

2. The service provider shall enclose a statement of the average workforce and number of employees in executive management during the previous three years (this may be the same document as the competence matrix).
— It shall be described how the service provider will ensure adequate capacity for this assignment. A manpower plan for the assignment showing number of employees, hired workforce, etc., shall also be presented.
3. The company must substantiate that it is registered on minimum level 1 in the University and University College council's list of publication channels

2. The service provider shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
