P-182675 Taxiways Tango and Bravo 2 – Electrical work

OSL will extend taxiway Tango from taxiway B4 to new taxiway B2. In addition a running curve will be established from taxiway B8 north to taxiway Sierra. Taxiway B2 will be built simultaneously with the extension of Tango. This contract includes the necessary electrical work, which will largely consist of runway lighting work, but other electrical installations may be involved. The runway lighting work will include the establishment of taxiway lighting, lead on, lead off, stopping points and signs. Transformers and control units for the lighting are established in special containers, and wiring is run in cable ducts and piping to Control units for runway lights will be provided by OSL to Cable ducts and piping systems will be established by the contractor, together with manholes.
Due to shortened runway during parts of the construction phase, temporarily runway lighting shall be installed, and later dismantled, threshold, end of runway and PAPI by the threshold cutting. By the threshold cutting there shall also be centreline and edge lights shall be encoded for the southern part of the runway.
