New quality system for ICT for the Orkidé municipalities

The municipalities place great importance on good internal control. The system that shall be acquired shall help meet internal quality standards and regulations on internal control that apply for various service areas within the municipal sector. The Orkidé municipalities have a large volume of rules and procedures. Accessibility to these and an effective discrepancy reporting is of great importance for internal control. As part of the internal control, it is also placed a great emphasis on risk analysis.
The competition includes the acquisition of an electronic web-based integrated quality management system that maintains document control, deviation system, risk assessment and performance management. The system should consist of modules that each municipality can have options on. All modules will be delivered by one supplier.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Awarding Authority has the option to extend the contract with the same conditions with up to 2 + 2 years so that total potential contract length is 9 years. Any extension of the contract must be released no later than two months before the expiry.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Description of the supplier's most relevant assignments during the past 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignments values, dates and recipients (name, telephone and e-mail). References may be contacted for the need for clarification of the assignments relevance. There is, however, the supplier's responsibility to document relevance through their description.
