The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites service providers to submit an application for participation in a restricted tender competition without negotiations.
The framework agreement for handling shooting range matter shall include:
— Transport from temporary stores in the shooting range to a reception centre with a licence for handling
— Disposal of the matter
— Treatment of matter in situ.
A total rough estimate for the entire Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is that there is a need for handling between 60 000 and 200 000 m3 shooting range matter (it is not clear how much of this will be converted to tons). Emphasis is put on the fact that this is a rough estimate and the volume can be significantly changed.
The framework agreement is for two (2) calendar years afte the contract is signed, with an option for an extension of up to one (1) year + one (1) year + one (1) year + one (1) year. I.e. a maximum of six years. The tender documents will focus on the commitment to innovation (R&D) and the environment.
