The assignment is for sampletaking of various chemical, physical and biological parameters in Gjersjøen and 6 supply/outlet streams (Dalsbekken, Fåleslora, Greverudbekken, Kantorbekken, Tussebekken, Gjersjøelva) and Kolbotnvannet with 5 supply streams (Augestadbekken, Midtoddveibekken, Myrvollbekken, Nordengabekken, Skredderstubekken).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Service providers shall have good conduct. Service providers shall confirm in a self-declaration that the requirements in annex B are fulfilled.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The service provider's annual accounts including notes and the board's and auditor's report from the last year.
Relevant information for the current year can be enclosed for as a supplement. The information must be confirmed by the auditor.
The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating from Proffforvalt. The financial strength will be assessed as regards turnover, the operating margin, solidity and liquidity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Servie providers shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract with a large degree of security.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A short and general description shall be given of the company, including:
General description of the service provider.
Description of how the service provider is organised for the implementation of this contract.
A short description shall be given of the general quality assurance system that the service provider will use for the implementation of the contract.
Certifiates from similar contracts in the last 3 years. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the awarding authority for the various contracts, and shall as a minimum include:
Short description of the contract.
Date of execution.
Extent of the contract in NOK.
Name and telephone number of a reference person at the awarding authority.
If it is not possible to get a signed or confirmed certificate, the service provider shall enclose a list of all relevant contracts with a description in accordance with the above points.
The awarding authority shall be able to contact the listed contact persons.

Service providers shall have sufficient ability to fulfil the contract.
Service providers shall have very good experience from similar contracts.
