Maintenance and consultancy services for the Norwegian Defence's PTC Arbortext software

The aim of this procurement is to see to the Norwegian Defence's need for maintenance of the current PTC Arbortext software. The Norwegian Defence can also have a need to consultancy services within PTC Arbortext. The Norwegian Defence intends to enter into two contracts: A maintenance contract and a consultancy services contract. See the attached competition documents. The documentation is only available in Norwegian.
