K-182204 Embodied runway lights

OSL, henceforth referred to the Awarding Authority, is planning an upgrade of the airport's runway lights, the upgrade will primarily apply to the replacement of the halogen fixtures in the current lighting systems for the fixtures with light sources of the light emitting diodes (LED). The upgrade is planned over several years. The goal is that all of the lighting that is embodied in the asphalt will be replaced with LED fixtures by 2024. There are currently about 6 500 fixtures that are embodied in the asphalt.
There are plans to replace approx. 660 units during 2013 and approx. 600-800 units during 2014.
The contract is for 2 years, with an option in favor for the Awarding Authority to extend the contract for an additional 2 years (1+1). If the option is implemented can the given volume be increase further.
The contract will also have an option to buy pots / Shallow base 12'' and, 12'' adapter rings / plow rings. If the option to purchase potter is exercised the Awarding Authority will during normal operations require the replacement of approx. 200-350 units of pots annually. It is noted that the Awarding Authority is free to consider whether this option is exercised or if a separate competition is necessary.
