Interested parties are to register their interest within the stated deadline. Book 0 is attached to Doffin. By the function "register your interest", tenderers will receive an invitation per e-mail to the Project Place, where access will be given to other documents. The e-mail address that the tenderer states upon registration for the competition will be used to send out the invitation to Project Place. Tenderers log on to the Project Place database with their own username and passwork. Access will be open up until the deadline for receipt of tenders. There shall not be any communication with the awarding authority in the Project Place database. Additional information will be announced via Doffin with a notification by e-mail. (5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

The company's annual accounts including notes and the board's and auditor's reports for 2011 and 2012. Credit rating report, newer than 6 months shall be enclosed.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1. Overview of the company's relevant contracts that have been completed during the last 3 years.
2. At least two reference projects shall be given, with information on the project's name, the nature of the work, the contract value, and the reference's name, telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Description of the company's routines for quality assurance, with an emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, the management's responsibility, manufacturing process and continual analysis and improvement.
4. If a tenderer has an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, it can be enclosed.
5. Valid certificate of central certification for the relevant professions, alternatively documentation that states it is probable that local certification will be achieved for the relevant professions.
6. Total overview of the tenderer's manpower.
7. Overview of the offered personnel in the various key positions for this assignment. Key personnel means project manager, site manager and engineering design manager within all professions.
8. CVs for the offered project manager and site manager.
CVs shall include information on experience, age, education, language abilities, relevant reference contracts and which role the person in question had in these contracts. Tenderers shall be a main company, and the relevant competence must be on the CV of the person who shall follow this up.
