AFK eiendom FKF og Akershus Kollektiv Terminaler FKF

AFK eiendom FKF would like, on behalf of AFK eiendom FKF (awarding authority 1) and Akershus Kollektiv Terminaler FKF (awarding authority 2) (these two are later called AFK), tenders for parallel framework agreements within programming and engineering design services for the following professional groups:
Engineering design manager, architect, technical consultant acoustics, technical consultant construction, technical consultant geotechniques, technical consultant fire, technical consultant HVAC and sanitation, technical consultant electro and inspection of engineering design services in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
AFK shall enter into 3 parallel framework agreements for the above mentioned work for all seven mentioned professional groups, provided that service providers and tenders are sufficiently suitable. The awarding authorities 1 and 2 will enter into separate framework agreements with the chosen service providers and shall enter into contracts with the framework agreements separately.

Service providers must have the financial and economic capacity required (point 2.01 in the qualification documents).

Service providers shall, when fulfilling the contract, carry out environmental management in accordance with public requirements and specific contract requirements (point 3.01 in the qualification documents).
Service providers shall have a method for quality assurance of its services that is in accordance with the regulations' requirements for an application for the right to be responsible, see the guidance prepared by the Directorate for Building Quality; www.dibk.no/ (point 3.02 in the qualification documents).

Service providers shall have at least 2 of its own employees in the workforce and at least 2 of its own employees in the administrative management (point 3.03 in the qualification documents).
Service providers shall have the necessary technical equipment to fulfil the contract (poing 3.04 in the qualification documents).
Service providers must have resources in their company or be able to use resources that have the education for and professional experience of engineering design services that the contract requires.
Service providers must, for each profession, have in their company, or be able to use, at least two persons with education and professional experience equivalent to the requirement for certification in development class 3 and/or 2 for responsible engineering designer and/or responsible for the inspection of engineering design services within the relevant certification field, see the guidance prepared by the Directorate for Building Quality;www.dibk.no/ (points 4.01/5.02/5.03/6.02/6.03/7.01).
