Framework agreement for the delivery of furniture and fittings for the Arts Council Norway

The Arts Council Norway is moving from two different addresses at Grev Wedels plass to Mølleparken 2 in Oslo. The office area covers approx. 4 000 m², including a separate meeting room department with 13 meeting rooms.
The aim of the move is to house the administration at one address and give the entity new and modern premises. One considerable change will be that the employees will change their workplace from cell offices to open office landscapes. This is part of the entity's general aim of being stimulating, cooperating and visible.
This is a framework agreement. The contract is for 1 year, calculated from the date the contract is signed, with an option for an extension for a further 3 years, one year at a time for up to 4 years.
The assignment has two parts. The first part of the assignment is moving into the new premises. The second part is the contractual relationship after the moving project is completed.
