Framework agreement for event and travel services

The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund invites companies to an open competition for a framework agreement for event and travel services. The contract shall assist with professional and efficient development, planning and the implementation of events. The travel services shall cover the employees' need for transport, overnight stays and eating, both domestic and abroad.
A framework agreement shall be signed with one service provider.
The framework agreement's financial extent is estimated to be 28 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
The framework agreement will be for 2 years with an option for SPK to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the maximum length of the framework agreement is 4 years.
Receipt of tenders
All tenders shall be submitted electronically in PDF format with searchable text in the PDF documents. Submission will require an electronic signature via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline. All communication and all documents for the competition shall be in Norwegian. Tenders that are submitted in another way will be rejected.
If a tenderer has questions to SPK about this competition, the questions must be asked via the communication module in Mercell so that all communication is logged. All communication shall be in Norwegian.

We recommend that tenders are submitted in good time before the deadline expires. If there is additional information from the awarding authority and you would like to change your tender before the deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make any changes nad submit it again, right up until the deadline expires. The last submitted tender will be seen as the final tender.
