Framework agreement engineering design assistance

The aim of the procuremnet is to enter into parallel framework agreements that can cover the awarding authority's need for engineering design services for coming construction projects in the nearest 2-4 years. The professions are ARK, RIB, GEO, RIBr, RIE, RIAKU, RITU, RITB, PGL and an assessment will be made in each case as to which groups are relevant. The contract form will depend on the various projects, but Boligbygg would like turnkey contracts to the greatest possible degree. The awarding authority aims to enter into framework agreements with up to 5 service providers. The service providers must offer all the professional groups, possibly with sub suppliers. The awarding authority estimates the annual number of hours to approx. 8 000.
