Evaluation of communication and recruitment assistance at NAV- office and job seeking

The Ministry would like to enter into a contract for the project "Evaluation of communication and recruitment assistance at NAV - office and job seeking". The aim of the evaluation is to get increased knowledge of communication and recruitment assistance at NAV offices and the users' job seeking. The Ministry of Labour would like an empirical mapping of how the communication assistance to job seekers and recruitment assistance for employers is prioritised, organised and carried out at the local NAV offices. Furthermore the Ministry would like knowledge of how vulnerable groups of job seekers that are registered at NAV and that have a need for assistance from the department get ordinary work, including what use NAV's communication assistance to these job seekers has for the transition to work.
