The contract is for work on 2 stretches of county road 17 in Namsos municipality. The following shall be constructed:
-approx. 1100 m new county road 17 in Bangsundsvingene including a new tunnel of approx. 145 m + portals
-approx. 1100 m new foot and cycle path along county road 17 Sævik - Spillum
-filling in matter at Middagsskaret for future road improvements
The contract also includes the demolition of a house and alterations to the municipal water pipeline.

Tenderers shall provide information on equity and the total capital from the last reported accounts. The equity and total capital from the group, parent or subsidary company shall not be included. If there are significant changes in the tenderers' equity and solidity as regards the last auditor confirmed accounts, documentation of this shall be enclosed.

Information shall be given on the tenderer's total turnover and the turnover connected to relevant works for each of the last three accounting years. Relevant work here mean work of the same type as described in the tender documents.

The tenderer is required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each of the participants.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

Tenderers are required to have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty.

In order to achive the correct fulfilment of this contract, the workers are required to understand the geotechnical challenges in the area. In order to ensure this tenderers are instructed to enclose documentation that, within the project organisation, there is sufficient competence within this profession.

This is to be documented in chapter E2 point 4.5 geotechnical competence. This person must have geotechnical competence through experience projects and university college/university background.

For the alteration and construction of new municipal water and sewage installation, the contractor is required to be certified as responsible executor (UFT) and responsible inspector of execution (KUT) in development class 2 in the certification field "Site, constructions and installations" within the work area "Ground and terrain, water supply and sewage installations".
