Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Supplier shall have orderly conditions with respect to tax and VAT payments.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Annual accounts for the last 2 years including directors' annual report.

The supplier shall have the financial capacity to perform the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)
— Supplier shall confirm within the tender and describe their ability and capacity to perform the assignment, location of head office, warehouse and storage facilities, service and distribution/dealer network as well as subcontractors within the tender and who complete the products.

— Completed general HSE self-declaration (Annex 4 to the tender documents
— Documentation of sustainable forest management for timber: For products that have the FSC or PEFC certificate is sufficient to present a valid certificate. Other appropriate documentation of quality assurance measures will also be accepted.
— Supplier shall submit report on existing procedures to document that the requirement is met. If this is described in the company's quality or environmental management system in compliance. ISO 14001, the Swan, Eco or equivalent 3rd party-verified systems, a copy of the procedures and valid certificate can be attached.

— Supplier shall have experience from similar assignments.
— Supplier shall have the ability and capacity to perform the assignment
— A good and efficient quality assurance system is required for the services to be delivered
— Supplier must have an awareness of the impact on the external environment
— Supplier shall have procedures to ensure a) that there is evidence that recycled paper can be used for two-sided copying b) that the products do not contain chemicals that the government aims to reduce or phase out
— Supplier shall have procedures to ensure that harvest and manufacture of products' materials occurs through sustainable forestry in a controlled manner with traceability.
