The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (SPK) requires, as needed, consultants and temporary staff for IT for the Section IT customer service and operations. The consultants must have the correct professional qualifications and personal qualities that fit in with SPK's professional milieu connected to IT Support and IT Operations. The consultants and temporary staff must be able to available at short notice. The framework agreement will be for two yeaers with an option for SPK to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year. The maximum length of the framework agreement will be four years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have good financial solidity - A solidity rating shall be enclosed from a certified credit rating company. The rating must not be older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The rating must provide information on credit worthiness and it ought to provide information on the degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have the hire of temporary staff and consultancy services as its core area, see the tender documents point 7.6.
Tenderers shall have sufficient competence to fulfil the contract, see the tender documents point 7.6.
Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity as regards covering all consultant and temporary staff categories, see the tender documents point 7.6.
Tenderers shall have solid experience from comparable contracts, see the tender documents point 7.6.
