The Awarding Authority shall enter into framework agreements with consultants and architects for the below listed disciplines.
The Awarding Authority requests tenders for the various categories consultants/architects, dependent of experience. C.f. the price form. Tenderers wishing to participate in the tender contest must have personnel with more than 12 years experience in the various disciplines. The Awarding Authority invites companies with competence in just some of these disciplines to submit tenders.
— Electro (RIE).
— Ventilation (RIV).
— Building (RIB).
— Fire proofing (RIB).
— Energy consultancy.
— Architect Building.
— Architect Zooning.
— Landscape architect.
— Project management (PL) (building).
— Project management, landowner cooperation/property development.
— Acoustics (RIA).
— Construction management (BL).
— Coordinator (BIM).
— Coordinator Execution (KU).
— Geotechnics (RIG).
— Water, Ventilation, Sewage and Sanitation consultants (VVAR).
— Consultants road traffic engineering.
— Consultants, interdisciplinary technical system.
— Environmental mapping specialist.
— Building physics.
— Land consolidation/ land acquisition.
The Awarding Authority might enter into agreements with up to 3 companies for each discipline.
