Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The awarding authority shall have an option to extend the contract on the same terms for 1+1 year, total maximum 4 year contract period.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Service providers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Service providers shall have a functioning HSE system.
Service providers shall be a legally established company.

Credit rating, not older than 1 year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating insitution and it shall not be worse than D&B rating A or equivalent.

Service providers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

Service providers shall present documentation of a minimum of 3 large exhibition pavilions/stands that they have had contracts for in the last 3 years with a description of the place, date, type of event and stand sketches as well as references (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The references can be contacted if needed to assess the assignment's relevance. It is however the service provider's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Service providers shall enclose CVs for the available resources that can be relevant for the contract, with a speification of completed assignments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Service providers shall have experience from a minimum of 3 equivalent contracts in the last 3 years.
Service providers shall have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.
