Air monitoring programme in Mo i Rana

Rana kommune

Rana municipality invites companies to an open tender competition for a framework agreement for the establishment and operation of the monitoring programme in Mo i Rana.
A contract shall be signed with one service provider and the contract will be for two years with an option for a further two years. The contract will come into force 1.1.2014 and the air monitoring is expected to be operative 1.2.2014.
The procurement will be made as an open tender competition in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 16.7.1999 no. 69 (LOA), as well as the public procurement regulations from 7.4.2006 no. 402 (FOA), parts I and III, open tender competition in one stage.
A detailed description of the requirements for the monitoring system are in the specifications part 2.
