Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) requests tenders for reception services at our unit in Horten with a duration of two years with an option for one plus one year (a total of four years).
Concierge service consists of manning the front desk each working day during the period 0800-1500
Undertake access control of visitors after further training
Administration of meeting room, including ordering catering and responsibility for refreshments during meetings
Responsibility for mail
Managing product delivery / receipt
Operating the switchboard
Being responsible for a small kitchenette
Deadline for submission is 27 February 2013, at 12:00

Contractor shall have a healthy economy and financial capacity to undertake the assignment / contract. Documentation: Credit / rating, not older than 1 year, and based on the last known accounts. Possibly, accounts for the last fiscal year can be submitted.
