46-BYM-2013 Framework agreement for technical freezer services

The Urban Environment Agency, henceforth referred to the Awarding Authority, is responsible for the development, management and operation of the municipality of Oslo's sports facilities. The sports facilities includes among other things ice halls, outdoor ice rinks (artificial), sports halls, parks for athletics with wardrobes / clubhouse, multiple stadium facilities, regional facilities and one national facility. The Awarding Authority has administrative and operational responsibility for 11 freezer facilities associated with 12 sports facilities.
In addition to these 11 freezer facilities during the framework agreements duration / validity additional freezer facility may be added if the Awarding Authority approves the building of new artificial ice rinks / ice halls, or further management responsibility for existing municipal / private freezer facilities that could be transferred to the Awarding Authority.
If the new facilities have warranty terms that require that the freezer facility must / shall be operated by a supplier that has delivered a freezer facility within the warranty period, the supplier can not claim that this freezer facility shall be covered by this framework agreement during the warranty period.
If the Awarding Authority shuts down, removes, discontinues or transfer the existing freezer facility to private, sports clubs, other municipal or Government agencies / companies, can the contract for this / the facilities shall be taken out of the framework agreement without affecting the agreement.
Duty phone services arrangement (maintenance/emergencies) 24/7
- The Awarding Authority may sometimes need instant / fast help or assistance with unplanned outages / disruptions. The supplier must be able to offer a duty phone services arrangement so that help can be provided quickly on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and for all public holidays.
- If the supplier does not have such a duty phone service currently they are required to setup an agreement establish a duty phone service before the signing of the contract.
