2013/9528 Security and switchboard service for DSB's head office in Tønsberg

DSB, hereafter called award authority, hereby invites service providers to a tender contest for this procurement. The purpose of the agreement is to cover award authority's need for security and switchboard service at the DSB head office at Kaldnes in Tonsberg, Rambergveien 9. The premises has a total area of approx. 7 800 m2 BTA, into 5 floors, plus basement. In addition, award authority rents approx. 300 m2 in the building next door in Rambergveien 3. There are also plans for an extension in close proximity to the existing head office in Rambergveien 9. If this extension is completed and put into use during the contract period, the total area will increase by approx. 2 000 m2, possibly from Autumn 2015.
The agreement includes an option for this extension, with access for the parties to renegotiate the terms of the contract in accordance with the increase in scope.

The agreement will be signed for a period of four -4- years, with one -1- year terms. The contract shall enter into force on 1.1. 2014.
The contract is covered by the Public Procurement Act of 16.07.1999 No. 69 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulation (FOA) of 07.04. 2006 No. 406, Part I and III.
Site inspection of the premises will be carried out in accordance with the tender documents' section 4.2.
If something appears to be wrong, deficient or unclear in the tender documents, providers are encouraged to contact award authority about this, well before the tender deadline. We would also point out that the electronic signature is required to submit tenders in this competition.
