2013/2107 Establishment of a framework agreement for office furniture

DSB, hereafter called the awarding authority, invite companies to a competition for a contract.
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the delivery of office furniture to the whole of DSB, see annex 1 Address list.
Office furniture is understood to be, amongst other things, tables and chairs, shelves and bookcases, sofas and screen walls for use in offices and office landscapes, in addition to other things that can naturally be connected to the fitting out of offices, office landscapes, meeting rooms and social zones in an office building.
During the 2nd quarter of 2013 DSB shall expand its office capacity in Rambergveien 9, Tønsberg and in new premses in Rambergv. 3. There will thus be a need to fit out 20-30 offices, in addition to meeting and dining rooms.
A site survey will be held, meet in DSB's premises in Rambergveien 9, 3115 Tønsberg, Wednesday 13.3.2013 (12:00).
The framework agreement will be for a period of one - 1 year, with an option for an extension for a further three - 3 years, one - 1 year at a time.
For further details on the terms for participation in the competitio and the contents of the contract, see the attached tender documents and the accompanying annexes. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the minimum requirements stated in Mercell shall be answered and will be a part of the contract.
Tenderers are encouraged to contact the awarding authority in good time before the deadline for receipt of tenders expires if they find that the tender documents include uncertainties, a lack of information or conditions that a tenderer cannot accept, so that the awarding authority is given the opportunity to assess whether the tender documents ought to be clarified or changed, or whether more details ought to the given.
