The tender is for the procurement of monitoring equipment for the surgical clinic, Kristiansund Hospital, intenstive care and emergency department sections, in accordance with the specifications. The contract shall also include a telemetry system with an exchange in intensive care, which shall cover Kristiansund Hospital in accordance with the specifications.
Otherwise the contract shall include all components/accessories, assembly/installation and completion so that it functions as a whole based on the described needs and requirements.
Necessary training of all personnel who work in the affected units must be included. I.e. user training of all employees in the two sections, divided over several days and also training of super users in both sections. In addition necessary training of technical medical personnel.
The tender also includes service and maintenance contracts, with the need to service and maintenance being concretised and clarification of the expected running costs after the guarantee period has expired. Futhermore, relevant technical courses.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
(ISO 9000 or equivalent). This is to be documented by a certificate or other papers that document the qualification requirement.
Experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Deliveries of the same type and extent in Europe shall therefore be given with a contact person, telephone number and sales year for the last 3 years.
Tenderers shall have a service apparatus that has good competence and experience with service/repairs of the offered equipment.
