Radio planning and measurement system.
The radio planning tool shall be used for planning expansions to the GSM-R network and for optimizing the current network. This includes planning of microwave transmission links.
The measurement tool shall assist the operational personnel of Jernbaneverket in detecting interference or other disturbances to the network. Further it shall store, analyse and present measurement data in a practical and efficient way.
The measurement tool and the planning tool shall be able to exchange data, to minimize the need for manually creating the same data in both tools, and to increase the value of each tool by having access to additional data.
Scope of supply includes both software and probes.
