Tittel: engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works
Antall eller omfang:
The Awarding Authority wishes to receive tenders for consulting services which shall complete the construction plan, execute the application process of the construction plan, prepare tender documents and implement tender competition for the construction contract. The consultant shall also follow up the project during the construction stage. Note that approximately 1 km of the section shall be executed as an option in the tender documents - construction contract. This is due to political considerations and may have consequences for the contract duration in the construction stage. More information about the objective and scope of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 Description of Assignment (Oppdragsbeskrivelse).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(4) Other documentation required (please state below).
The Contractor shall provide 3-5 relevant references / reference projects. Each reference must have a contact person and contact information. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to consult the given reference when needed.
Central approval in a letter of approval (anticipated enterprise classification 2).
