Tender office supplies and copypaper

Nordland county invites companies to an open tender competition for framework agreement(s) for the delivery of office supplies and copypaper. The contract(s) are for the daily operation of departments/instituion that are connected to the county's procurement scheme. The county is divided into seven procurement regions: Lofoten, Ofoten, Vesterålen, Salten, Rana, Ytre Helgeland, Vefsn. See annex III for a more detailed overview of the entities within the various procurement regions that are a part of the county's procurement scheme.
Annex II of the tender documents is four excel spreadsheets. Tenderers first come to a page with an explanation, then tenderers shall state which regions and product groups the tender is for. Then the price forms for the product categories office supplies and copypaper are to be filled in. Emphasis is put on the fact that the price forms that shall be used when submitting tenders are worked out on the basis of an approx. consumer figure from 2011 for all the seven procurement regions together. The consumer figures are not binding for future call-offs under the framework agreement. The tenderers will be assessed per region and per product group. I.e. a tender cannot be subject to the tenderer winning more than one, or all of the regions. Furthermore tenders cannot be subject to the delivery of both product groups. The contract(s) shall be for the period 12.2012 with an option for up to a two year extension.
