Oslo municipality c/o the Development and Competence Department, hereafter called the awarding authority, invite companies to an open tender competition for the procurement of a subscription to access to information registers with the accompanying services.
The contract shall include services within search and retrieval of information from databases covered by the contract as well as data cleaning, extraction and maintenance.
The awarding authority is procuring this service on behalf of all the companies in the municipality and will provide the service to the companies.
The procurement comprises:
1. A web based interface for online inquiries in the information registers covered by the contract;
2. Functionality for data cleaning of our files as well as extraction from databases to the public information registers covered by the contract;
3. Web services for programme to programme connection to the information registers covered by the contract.

The estimate is only a guideline and is not binding for the awarding authority.As regards data cleaning and programme to programme connection, the municipality only uses the current contract for a limited amount on the databases we are requesting here. It is uncertain to what degree the awarding authority will have a need for these services during the contract period.In addition the awarding authority would like an option to procure these services during the contract period:— Access to web interface for information on credit information. An option also ought to be offered for programme to programme connection as well as data cleaning, extraction and maintenance to this register,— Introduction course for use of the information services,— Consultancy services for advice/guidance connected to the web services,— Access (online/programme to programme) to other information registers, possibly other accompanying services that the service provider can offer (voluntary).
