Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
Ethical rules shall be documented by a referral to a website stating the rules, as well as a self-declaration.
The certified product shall be documented by a complete copy of the current product notifications to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway as well as to the parties in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities' tariff area (the pension office).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
(4) Other documentation required (please state below):
1) information on the person responsible for the state occupational pension;
2) a detailed presentation of the solidity that will be relevant and available for the awarding authority during the execution of the service, as well as a self-declaration that the presentation is based on all the known conditions at that time.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have a financial position and trade freedom that allows him to provide the offered service for the entire contract and option period. Tenderers must also have a solvency margin of 150 % of the minimum requirement in the regulations on solvency margin, life insurance.

1) a detailed presentation of the company's commitments and business aims in the public sector and accompanying organisation and plans, as well as a statement from the company's management that this presentation is anchored in company strategy.

Tenderers must be technically and professionally qualified to provide the offered service.
Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:
1) Certified product.
Tenderers shall have registered a state occupational pension product with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and the parties in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities' tariff area without there being any objections.
2) Ethical guidelines.
Service providers must have fixed ethical rules for the allocation of pension funds. The rules shall contribute to respect for the UN's human rights convention. The rules shall be visible for the general public.

Life insurance companies that have registered a state occupational pension product.
