The contract has an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for up to 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Documentation requirements for foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as mandated in the law in the country where the service provider is established. Foreign service providers shall enclose a certificate from an equivalent authority to the Norwegian in order to document that tax and VAT payments are in order.

Service providers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
— Description of the total manpower within the graphical design profession.
— Short description of the printer/s that shall assist with the fulfilment of the assignment, as well as a binding statement.
— Service providers shall account for which other sub supplier(s) the service provider intends to use for fulfilment of the assignment. A binding statemnet signed by person(s) who have the authority to bind the sub supplier(s) must be enclosed with the tender. (It is the sub supplier that shall write and sign the binding statement).
