Electrical and telecommunication installations.
Complete new electrical system TN-S 400 volts shall be installed in the building. The system consists of a new main distribution in a technical extension with a transformer and back-up power system.
The building is heated by water borne heat with radiators and floor heating in the basement. Bathrooms in the residents' rooms will have electrical heating cables.
Furthermore the following low voltage installations shall be installed.
Automatic fire alarm, computer spread network, cable TV network, access control, hospital signalling installations, loudspeaker installations, door telephone.
Furthermmore the lift installations, automatic installations and back-up power installations will be in separate contracts.
