Research based evaluation of the teaching supervisor group scheme

The aim of the evaluation is to develop research based knowledge on what gains school owners and schools that participate in the scheme with the teaching supervisor group have from the initiative, and to uncover what elements within the initiative are of decisive importance. The primary desire is to get knowledge on what promotes development in schools, but also in order to give knowledge based guidelines for further development of this initiative. The procurement is covered by the law and regulations on public procurements. This competition follows the regulations parts I and III and will be carried out as a two stage procedure with negotiations. The first stage is the request for participation from all those who are interested. When the deadline has expired, the tender documents will be available for the selected tenderers. The second stage is the submitting of tenders by a new deadline.
Applicants that have already sent valid qualification documents for previously announced assignments for the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training do not need to send these documents again. It is sufficient here to refer to the previous notice. Note however that the tax certificate and VAT certificate cannot be older than 6 months at the deadline for submitting a tender and the CVs for key persons who shall carry out the assignment must be updated.
Applications for prequalification shall be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal: www.mercell.no. The application shall be submitted with an electronic signature. Information on this can be found at www.buypass.no, www.bankid.no or www.commfides.no. Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to get an electronic signature.
Any questions about the prequalification must be sent via the communication module in Mercell so that all communication is logged and available for all applicants.
