Regulations for the disabled and mobility rights in connection with air transport of 28.1.2008 provides guidance on how assistance services shall be carried at all airports within the EU / EEA.
In these regulations airport operators were given the overall responsibility for the service.
The regulation also provides guidelines for the handling and execution of the service, deadlines for booking assistance, and states that assistance should be provided from the arrival area at the airport to the departure area of the airport.
The Ministry has prepared a revision of the regulations that are being made with a deadline of 2.10.2012.

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Supplier shall have sound economy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Supplier shall have implemented a quality assurance system based on the requirements in NS-EN ISO 9000, or equivalent. The quality system shall be documented with a content description in the company's quality handbook.
