(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Ethical rules shall be substantiated by referring to net site where the rules are published, and by presenting self-declaration.

Authorised product shall be verified by presenting a complete copy of current product notification to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and the parties in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities’ (KS) tariff range (pension office).

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years

1) Information of relevant person liable for the area public occupational pension.

2) A detailed presentation of the solidity which is relevant and available for the Awarding Authority in connection with providing the requested service, as well as self-declaration showing that the presentation is based on all currently known conditions

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must hold a financial position and freedom of action which enables him to provide the requested service during the entire contract and option period, including solvency margin of 150 % of the minimum requirements for solvency margin, life insurance.

1) Detailed presentation of the company’s priority and business objective directed towards public sector as well as accompanying organisation and plans. Statement of the company’s management which demonstrates that the presentation is rooted in the company’s strategy.

The tenderer must be technical and professional qualified to provide the offered service.

Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:

1) Authorised product.

The service provider shall have registered a public occupational pension product to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or the parties in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities’ (KS) tariff range without unanswered objections.

2. Ethical guidelines.

The service provider must have established ethical rules for allotment of pension funds. The rules shall contribute to respect of the UN’s Convention on Human Rights. The rules shall be available for the general public.

Life insurance companies which have registered a public occupational pension product.
