Prequalification for the construction of energy installations and the delivery of thermal energy to Trondheim airport Værnes and Rica Hell Hotel/Samfærhus area.
Avinor, in cooperation with Rica Hell Hotel/KLP, would like to establish environmentally friendly and operationally secure provision of thermal energy at competitive prices in an area that has recently been separated from the area for a district heating licence in Stjørdal. Avinor has assessed a number of alternatives and decided that the use of nearby seawater as an energy soure will give the best system when seen as a wholee. The need for considerable cooling energy means that the free cooling from the fjord is very favourable.
The total delivery shall include planning, investment, construction and operation of complete energy installations for the delivery of water borne heating and cooling to the airport, Rica Hell Hotel and possibly other interested parties in Sanfærhus from an external and professional energy supplier. The tender documents will allow for proposals of other technical systems, which will be assessed on documented total advantage on the environment, operational reliability and energy prices.

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(6) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
