P-72245 Peir north – Sealed building (roof and facades)

Sub project Pier north consists of several contracts of which P-72245 is for the sealed building (roof/facades).
Contract 72245 mainly consists of the following:
— Supplier engineering design services,
— Some demolition works,
— Approx. 930 000 kg steel constructions,
— Approx. 23 000 m² glulam constructions,
— Approx. 20 000 m² roof,
— Approx. 2 500 m² glass roof/skylights,
— Approx. 8 000 m² facades,
— Doors/revolving doors/gates,
— Sun screening,
— External access system.
This contract has an interface with the existing Central Building (north facade) that affects the execution and general interface with normal traffic and the operation of Oslo Airport.
72245 has interface and parallel activities with, amongst others, the following contracts:

— 72334 (U3D), Airside electro,
— 72335 (U3D), Runway lights 1,
— 72421 (U4C), Plumbing installations Terminal,
— 72431 (U4D), Air treatment Terminal,
— 72441 (U4E), Waste suction,
— 72512 (U5B), Call-offs framework agreement ICT cabling,
— 72522 (U5B), Lifts,
— 72523 (U5B), Escalators - fotau,
— 72529 (U5B), El-technical infrastructure Pier north,
— 72276 (U2F), Prov. wall north.
The works will mainly be carried out on the airside/red side within the CSRA-divide (security divide) at the airport. There will therefore be special requirements for security clearance of personnel.
The contractor will have access to joint residential barracks for the T2 project, which have been established in a separate contract.
