P-72222 Central Building West - prefabricated steel and concrete

Workscope:
P-72222 comprises all production and installation of pre-fabricated concrete. All production and installation of pre-fabricated supporting steel constructions for covers are also included in this contract, as well as construction of concrete on pre-fabricated covers.
A walkway shall be built between the raised slab edge, level F, and the traffic forecourt.
The work shall be divided into 2 parts, with the following division of responsibility:
— Part 1: raised slab edge in the Central Building West and out to axis AA is included in this enterprise,
— Part 2: axis AA out to traffic forecourt is included in the landside enterprise.
The contract has the following main volumes:
— Decks DT elements (DT 800): approx. 4 000 m²,
— Decks HD elements (HD400 & HD265): approx. 12 000 m²,
— Decks pre-fabricated large decks h=265: approx. 750 m²,
— Decks concreted on pre-fabricated concrete beams: approx. 550 m²,
— Concreting t= 130 & 150 mm: approx. 12 000 m²,
— Pre-fabricated concrete beams DLB and RB: approx. 80, total weight approx. 1 150 t,
— Pre-fabricated concrete pillars 700 x 700 and Ø600: approx. 77. total weight approx. 415 t,
— Composite floors, steel plates with/concrete: approx. 850 m²,
— Steel tresses, pillars and beams: approx. 560 t,
— Stairs in concrete: approx. 3,
— Stairs in steel (grating): approx. 8,
— Other elements: fire insulation, painting and insulation, rendering/levelling of covers.
The supplier is responsible for the engineering design of this enterprise, i.e. supplier is responsible for design of all elements, steps, intersections and fire insulation in the enterprise. The design requirements are given by the Clerk of Works/Consulting engineer construction. Supplier shall prepare separate drawings for manufacturing and assembly in accordance with current standards.
P-72222 has, in Central Building West (SBV) interface and parallel activities with the following enterprises:
— 72 221 in connection with ground and concrete work for SBV,
— 72 223 in connection with facades in SBV,
— 72 226 and 72 228 in connection with roof constructions and roofing over SBV,
— 72 227 in connection with Jernbanestasjonen (railway station),
— 72 233 in connection with internal constructional work,
— Some technical turnkey contracts.
