P-181863 Works contract - Extension Tower and security building

Oslo Lufthavn AS

The existing tower and security building shall be extended with an extension to the south with basements and a ground floor, as well as an extension of a new first floor over parts of the existing building.
The extension consists of 2 parts:
— Extension to the south (levels B and C) –a total of approx. 750 m²;
— Extension (level D) – approx. 470 m²;
In addition a heated garage and two car parts shall be constructed, as well as developed outdoor areas. (Car park places and some green areas).
Construction.
The extension to the south will be constructed from cast on site concrete, whilst the other extension will be a light construction with a steel supporting system and corrugated steel elements in the outer roof.
The project will be divided into the following contracts:
1. Coordinating main contract:
For all construction professions, as well as coordination of the technical joint contracts.
2. Coordinated joint contracts:
— Plumbing contract;
— Ventilation contract;
— Electro and IT contract;
— Lift contract.
