Farsund municipality shall heat several buildings in the centre of Farsund and Vanse in Farsund municipality with bioenergy. The awarding authority would therefore like tenders for the delivery of hot water to these buildings.
The tenderer shall construct, own and run the complete bio plant including the pipes between the heat plant and the respective buildings.
