New welfare and child residences at Harestua in Lunner municipality

Lunner kommune

Lunner municipality shall construct 12 new welfare flats and child residences. In addition the acommpanying communal rooms for the residences shall be constructed, offices, activity areas, sheds, cloakrooms, cleaning rooms and outside areas for recreation.
The building will have 3 floors + a technical room on the roof and it will have a total area of approx. 2400m2 gross area.
The building volume will be divided up into smaller volumes with a gable roof in order to emphasize the residential function and increase the personal identity for future residents.
The detailed engineering design services and execution are to be carried out in accordance with TEK10.
The plan for the main construction and the plan structure is based on a solid building construction with optimal sound and fire safety with a rational and financial span.
Universal design.
— The project has full adaptation with a horisontal entrance, stretcher lift, wheelchair circles in corridors, residences, ceiling lifts in parts of the building, child residences, communal rooms and bathrooms.
The building clearly set out and simply organised.
