The intention of this programme is to monitor and map the environmental condition in selected areas along the Norwegian coast.
In Skagerrak the programme will also monitor the condition of sugar kelp and gather new knowledge about important pressures. The programme have particular focus on identifying pressures and impacts by examining biological conditions, with the help of support parameters.
The programme should be able to identify pressures such as over-fertilisation and organic pollution at an early stage.

The tender contest is subject to the Norwegian Government’s budget resolution and the Ministry of the Environment’s budget appropriation to the Awarding Authority. This will be considered in the government budget for 2012-2017. If the budget frames are reduced and not sufficient enough to execute the programme as described in the tender documents, the Awarding Authority must either reduce the extent of the programme or cancel it. A brief and general description of the company shall be presented. This includes a statement of the company’s business idea and core activity in relation to the requested services, as well as overview of the company’s history and description of the current activities.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A brief description of the tenderer’s quality assurance system. The description shall contain information of the methods/standards the system is based on and the quality certification the tenderer has. Maximum 1 A4 page. The tenderer must demonstrate routines for revision and maintenance of the quality assurance system.
