NRK's aim is to enter into framework agreements within the following service categories:
Employee surveys:
— Design, execution, reporting/presentation of results,
— Possibility for support with regard to follow-up.
Organisation and management development:
— Design and facilitation of change processes,
— Co-operation development and conflict handling,
— Assistance with NRK's internal management development programmes.
Award authority's needs and performance requirements are further described in tender documents' Part IV, attacment, which must be replied to by supplier.

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
