NTNU Vitenskapsmuseet plans to demolish two greenhouses at the Ringve botanical garden to collect the activities into one new greenhouse.
The project is planned as a shared contract in which delivery of the greenhouse is a separate contract.
The greenhouse will be built up against an existing administration building consisting of basement and ground floor. The Administration building is primarily of brick and concrete construction in the basement, and timber on the ground floor and ceiling.
The scope of the project is stated in the attached set of drawings marked tender documents, 16.2.2012.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option 1.

Option 1 would be that only one of the greenhouses will be built. That is, a house with dimensions: 10.0 x 20.4 meters with 2 equal zones, zone 1 and 2. The zones will have separate management of technical systems, and shall be equipped with roller tables, shading and insulation system, heating and electrical, lighting and control systems as described in tender documents description.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;

(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;

(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).

Prosedyre
Begrunnelse for hurtigprosedyre:

It is important to commence building of the new greenhouse in May 2012 so it can be finalised for 1.10.2012. The greenhouse shall be used for storage of plants and crops that can not survive outdoors during the Winter in Norway.
