Financial and payroll system

Tana kommune

Tana Municipality hereby invites service providers to a tender contest for the procurement of financial management and payroll system that meets the requirements for municipal financial management and payrolls. Award authority requests tenders for all modules that can be offered within the same product group. The assignment includes both the introduction and maintenance of the financial system. Service providers must be able to offer an integrated financial management system. Providers of only single modules will not be considered.
The system shall be web based and have the support of the most known browsers. It shall also be available outside the municipal network. The solution must be approved by the Data Inspectorate. The system shall be operated centrally.
There is a strong focus on efficient work in the municipalities, and a new accounting and payroll system shall support this. The solution shall have a tight integration between the administrative systems and especially specialized systems in municipalities, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes disappear.
The system shall be put into operation during the period October 2013 - January 2014.
