External assistance for canteen, reception and cleaning services

Eksportkreditt Norges agreement for the supply of canteen, reception and cleaning services expires in December 2012 and would therefore like them replaced by new contracts for two years with an option for one additional year in two rounds, i.e. a maximum of 4 years.
EK wants to enter into an agreement with the service provider(s) that can take responsibility for the delivery of various facility management services (service areas canteen, reception and cleaning). The bidder is allowed to provide a bid for one or more of the above service areas. The areas are evaluated separately, i.e. and an implementation of a separate and independent evaluation of the bids will be provided for each service area.

EK wants to cover its needs for external assistance for the provision of canteen services. The assignment includes serving lunch (Monday - Friday), and the possibility of ordering food for meetings when needed. It is also important to note that a main point is that it would be desirable that the canteen remain open with access to catering solutions during the holiday periods. In addition, fruit delivery is delivered twice a week.
