Evaluation of the job strategy for people with reduced operability

The Ministry of Labour, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, would like to enter into an agreement regarding delivery of the project “Evaluation of the Job strategy for people with reduced operability”. The objective of the evaluation is to obtain an overview of the implementation of the project.
The Awarding Authority requests a theoretical and empirical discussion of the systems included in the job strategy in relation to organisation, implementation and the first stage of the execution in the Labour and Welfare Service.

Qualification requirement:
— Sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, of which i.a. worthy of credit without requirements for guarantee will be sufficient.
Documentation requirement:
— Credit appraisal with key figures from a recognized credit rating agency, or equivalent documentation demonstrating that the above listed requirements are met, e.g. annual accounts or auditor’s report provided that these prove that the requirement is met.

Qualification requirement:
— The tenderer must refer to minimum 3 deliveries of relevance to this assignment for the previous 3 years. Relevance is defined as experience with review and/or research assignments from the working life field.
Documentation requirement:
— List of references showing the tenderer’s deliveries for the previous 3 years. The references shall have relevance to this assignment and contain name of the awarding authority, if possible value of the assignment, and reference. It must be described what is delivered and which part the tenderer had in the delivery.
